Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family,
Patricia aged 90 years.
Married to Peter together they had 3 children, Vincent married to Sherelene, the late Antony married to Diane, and Sarah married to Simon.
Wonderful Grandma of the late Ashlee, Tom, Adam, Melanie,
Ellis and Giselle.
Great Grandma of Emma, Bibi, Margaux, Oscar and Aubrey.
The funeral service and celebration of Patricia's life will take place on Thursday
20th June, 2:30pm
at Lawnswood Crematorium.
Donations are gratefully received in memory of Patricia to
support the work of
Alzheimer's Research UK.
There will be a donation box
at the service.
