PETER JAFRATE Passed away suddenly on March 8th in
St. James' Hospital,
surrounded by his loved ones.
Loving husband to Ann, much loved father of Michael, David and the late Julie, dear father in law to Pat, Karen and Ian and beloved grandpops to Jessica.
The service and cremation will take place at Cottingley Hall Crematorium on Friday March 20th at 11:40am.
