OTLEY Tony Tragically and unexpectedly passed away
on 7th June 2015 aged 52 years.
Loving son of the late Marion and Brian, father, step-father, partner, brother, uncle and friend. Will be sadly missed by all.
We all love you Tony.
Funeral service and cremation will take place at Lawnswood Crematorium on Monday 29th June at 2.20pm.
