Passed away peacefully in St. James Hospital on 8th August 2021,
aged 80 years.
Treasured husband of Patricia and
a much-loved brother, cousin, uncle
and friend to many.

The funeral service will take place at
Lawnswood Crematorium on
Thursday 9th September
at 10.45.
RIP Jack you will be loved and missed.
