Funeral mass will take place at St John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, Long Street, Easingwold YO61 3JB
on 8thSeptember at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only please.
No black ties, but add a touch of colour. Donations in memory of Jonathan will be for The Magnolia Centre at York Hospital and the MDS Foundation.
