Peacefully, at home, on
Saturday 12th October,
Simon aged 84 years.
He was the much loved and loving husband of Suzi and the loving
father of Heidi and Oliver.
A Service to Celebrate Simon's Life
will be held at Park Wood, Elland,
HX5 9HZ on Tuesday November 5th
at 1.30 pm.
By request, family flowers only please,
but donations in lieu, if so desired,
may be given for the benefit
of Overgate Hospice and the
Royal National Lifeboat Institute.
A plate will be provided at the Service.
The family have requested that those
attending wear a touch of colour.
