Carole Ann Biscieglia

Carole Ann Biscieglia, age 82, of Sorrento, Fl, passed away peacefully on February 3, at home surrounded by her family who loved her more than words can ever describe.

Born on July 20, 1943 in Atlantic City New Jersey and raised by Mary and George Gaskill, Carole grew up in Northfield and moved to Oceanville. Where she and her husband Bill owned and operated Bauman's seafood restaurant.

She was a dedicated bus driver at First Student, as well as other bus companies, for 34 years. She adored the children she picked up and dropped off, referring to them as her kids. Outside of work, Carole was a model in her late teens and twenties, and even Miss Beach Patrol in Atlantic City. She loved to go fishing, garden, travel, watch old westerns on television, and read Civil war romance novels.

She will be remembered for her fierce love of her family, in which she was always the anchor. Her love of Thanksgiving, her favorite holiday. As well as simply being the most dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother anyone could ever ask for.

Carole is survived by her spouse of nearly 65 years, Bill; children, Bill and Gina (and Jack); grandchild Kelly (and Brandon) ; and great grandchild, Lucas. All whom will always love her, and never forget her.

She was preceded in death by Mary and George Gaskill.

A visitation and service will be held on Friday February 13 from 11 am until 2 pm, with the service starting at 1 pm at Roberts of Ocala Funeral Home, 606 SW Second Ave Ocala, FL 34471

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Saint Jude's, an organization Carole donated to for decades, in her honor.
