Together, they blended a beautiful family that included Michael's children, Michael Joseph Roos, Joshua James Roos, and Whitney Nicole Laliberte (Dustin), as well as Priscilla's children, Jamie, Jimmy, Jared, and Jordan. Michael's joy was multiplied with the arrival of his grandchildren, Brandon, Aaron, Hailey, Hayden, Corbin, Iris, Felicity, Preston, and Dylan. He also loved his bonus grandchildren Kora, Claire, Kylie and Devon Great grands Liam and Elias, who all held a special place in his heart. A proud graduate of Forest High School in Ocala, Florida, in 1974, Michael's thirst for knowledge led him to attend seminary school for two years. Although he did not complete his formal education there, his life was a testament to continuous learning and growth. Michael's professional life was as diverse as it was impressive. He possessed a remarkable talent for working with his hands, a skill he applied in various roles throughout his career. He spent his last two decades in retail management, overseeing operations at a monogram company and a uniform company. His earlier days saw him involved in pressure washing, van conversions at Mark III, and crafting mobile homes at Nobility Homes. Michael's passion for his work was only matched by his love for the Florida Gators, a team he supported with enthusiasm and pride. He enjoyed nothing more than spending quality time with his grandchildren. It was the best part of his existence. Known for his patient, giving, and humble nature, Michael touched the lives of many. He forged strong bonds with his brother, Robert "Bob" Roos, and maintained close relationships with his extended family of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. His special friendships with Darren Bonnet, Paul Brown, Jim Lewis, Edward Gore, and Thom Saari, were a source of strength and camaraderie that he treasured throughout his life. Michael's legacy is one of love, hard work, and the quiet strength that he exemplified every day. His memory will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. As Michael embarks on his final journey, his family and friends take comfort in knowing that his spirit will continue to guide and inspire them, just as it did when he was here, sharing his gentle smile and warm embrace with the world.
