Sara Jane Palmer Stafford, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, peacefully passed away on October 5, 2025, in Summerfield, Florida. Born on May 17, 1943, in Weirsdale, Florida, she was 82 years old at the time of her passing. Throughout her life, Sara dedicated herself to her family and community, leaving a legacy of love and kindness that touched all who knew her. As a devoted Realtor, she helped countless families find their forever homes, creating a lasting impact in her community. Sara possessed a passion for quilting, spending many joyful hours creating beautiful heirlooms that will be cherished by her family for generations. She was an avid reader, always eager to explore new worlds through the pages of her books. A lover of nature, she found immense joy in spending time outdoors with her cherished dogs and chickens. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, and she found great solace in her church community. Above all, Sara treasured the moments spent with her family, creating memories that will be held dear forever. Sara was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, and her sister. She leaves behind a loving family who will carry her memory in their hearts: her sons, Jeff and Greg Stafford; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Kristie, Hunter, and Celina; and her great-grandchildren, Aliah, David, Jefferson, and Link. Sara touched so many lives with her love and kindness and will be forever missed, but never forgotten. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Cornerstone Hospice and Best Care Memory Care for their compassionate support during Sara's final days. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sara's name to the Weirsdale Presbyterian Church in Weirsdale, Florida, honoring her lifelong commitment to her faith and community.
