Ciliberti, 65, passed away on 9/21/2025 at Sherman Home Hospice of the Valley after a long hard battle with cancer. She was the wife of Vincent Ciliberti. They shared 43 ½ years of marriage together. Born in West Islip, New York, she was the daughter of Rico and Ann Cannone. She graduated from Sachem High School. She was employed at Foothills Physical Therapy and worked as Office Manager for 19 years. She was a member of Saint Claire of Assisy Catholic Church. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren, reading, gardening, camping, and the beach. She will be remembered for her genuine love of her family, bravery, strength, selflessness and kindness. She is survived by her husband Vincent Ciliberti, her children Vincent Jr, Craig and his wife Amanda, Marc and his Fiance Katie, Jonathan and Brianna and her Fiance Tyson. Her Grandchildren Emilio, Alina, Gianni, and Hudson and her dog Bella. A public viewing will be held on Thursday 9/25/2025 between 5pm and 8pm with Rosary at 6:30pm. The funeral service will be held on Friday 9/26/2025 from 10:30am - 11:30am.
