Hazel entered this life on Friday, August 25, 1933 to Floyd and Clardine Bradley (née Arnold) in
Hope, Arkansas. Hazel was the 7th child of 8 children. Her family worked and farmed in Hope where she graduated from Henry C. Yerger High School as class valedictorian in 1952. After

Hazel was a secretary for Maricopa County Tax and Assessor's office in Phoenix; she was employed by the Phoenix Union and Roosevelt School Districts. Soon after her employments with the schools, she worked for Arizona Bank now Bank of America until her retirement.
Hazel's father was instrumental in establishing the work of the church of Christ locally, under the direction of the scriptures and Bro. G.P. Bowser. This is when she heard the Gospel message and was baptized into Christ at the early age of eleven. While living in Phoenix, Hazel place her membership at the church of Christ that meets at 1101 West Tonto Street. And in Phoenix is where she met the love of her life, Fred Holloway. It was because of Hazel's influence that Fred gave his life to Christ and was baptized in 1954. Fred and Hazel married on January 15, 1955 and from their union, they had 3 children Fredena, Dinessa, and Talitha. Hazel was a faithful servant, teacher, youth leader of the younger children, bulletin creator, Arizona Lectureship registration committee member, and elder's wife. She worked in the community with the school's Parent Teacher Organization and the N.A.A.C.P.
Hazel and Fred are known for their hospitality as they opened their home to many over the years. She, like Fred, shared the good news to many family members and friends. During her life and after retirement, Hazel enjoyed interacting with her family and friends. She enjoyed
keeping the home, cooking (loved her greens), baking, helping others, and shopping. She loved her family.
Hazel was predeceased by her beloved husband of 70 years Fred, her father, Floyd, her mother Clardine, her brothers, Warren, Laverne, Lonnie, Charles, Joe, and Phecelle Bradley; her sister, Inez Jennings.
