ShirleyAnn Gloria Ouren June 14, 1935 – July 12, 2025 ShirleyAnn Gloria Ouren, age 90, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2025. Born on June 14, 1935, in Rothsay, Minnesota, ShirleyAnn lived a life defined by faith, love, and devotion to those around her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Eunice Ouren; her sister, Hylamae; her brother, DeWayne; her beloved daughter, Valiska; and her granddaughter, Crystal. She is lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her sister, Elaine Amundson; her son, Lee Schemmel; her son-in-law and daughter-in-law, Jack and Robin White; four grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. ShirleyAnn's life was grounded in her strong faith in God, her boundless love for her family, and the friendships she treasured dearly. She brought warmth and joy to many through her passion for baking, her active involvement in her Norwegian clubs, and her dedication to both her own businesses and her work in administrative roles. Her legacy is one of kindness, resilience, and unwavering care for others. A celebration of life will be held in her honor, with details to be announced at a later date. In keeping with her wishes, loved ones are encouraged to remember the joy she brought through her humor, goofiness, and the loving moments shared with each person who was fortunate enough to know her.
