Stephen Michael Getz

Stephen Michael Getz, age 29, went home to be with the Lord on July 20, 2025. Stephen was a beloved son of Jeff and Robyn Getz, a cherished brother to David (Becky), Daniel (Claudia), and Joshua, grandson of Shirley Getz, uncle to Micah, Josiah, Eliana, and Matías, cousin to many, and friend to all. He will be remembered for his generous heart, joyful spirit, and his ability to lift up those around him. Stephen lived each day by putting the needs of others ahead of his own, always ready to help others. His family and friends find comfort in knowing that Stephen is now in the presence of his Savior along with his nephew Zachary and grandparents Renz and Mary Edwards, Roland Getz, Mel and Flo Kalb. Though his time on Earth was far too short, his impact will live on in the lives he touched and the memories he leaves behind. A celebration of Stephen's life will be held at Palmcroft Church on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 10:30 am. All who knew and loved Stephen are welcome to join in remembering him and rejoicing in the promise of eternal life.
