Thank you, Ty for your amazing leadership, friendship and guidance that impacted so many of us in our careers. This is a tremendous loss to not only those of us who work with you but more so for family and friends as well. May God welcome you into his kingdom and cover your family with protection, peace, and comfort.

It´s incredibly hard to put this into words, especially since many of us didn´t realize how serious things were while you were away. My deepest condolences to your wife, your children, and your entire family.
Ty, you lived with purpose and pride. You spoke often and joyfully about your children, and the love you had for your family was evident in every story you shared. You were beaming when you talked about your wife-her beauty, her strength, and how lucky you felt to have found her. That happiness was contagious, and it was clear how deeply fulfilled you were in this new chapter of your life.
Professionally, you were a standout leader. You had a gift for communication-clear, direct, and charismatic. You made space for others to speak, and you encouraged me to share ideas and concerns without hesitation. You helped me grow more confident, and I´ll always be grateful for that. You led with integrity, and you mentored with heart.
Your pride in your father and his service was deeply moving. I hope you´re reunited with him now, sharing stories the way you always loved to do.
You will be missed, Ty. Thank you for your guidance, your generosity, and the example you set. You left a legacy of strength, kindness, and authenticity.

He was a friend during a big life transition and I'll forever be grateful.
May he rest in peace with his memory living on in those that were his family and friends.
