Arthur Bueno Obituary

Arthur N. Bueno Jr., a proud Army Veteran, passed away peacefully at home on January 22, 2026, in Bernalillo, New Mexico, surrounded by his loving family. He is now at peace with God.
Arthur was a devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He lived a life grounded in faith, service, and deep love for his family, leaving behind a legacy that will be remembered for generations.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Bueno Sr. and Georgia Bueno; his brother, Mark Bueno; his son, Victor Bueno; his granddaughter, Amanda Bueno; his nephew, Gabriel Bueno; his nieces, Monique Maes and Francis Vialpando; and his brothers-in-law, Benney Vialpando and Leo Maes.
Arthur is survived by his beloved wife of 29 years, Olivia M. Bueno; his brothers, Carlos Bueno (Dalene) and Profidio Bueno; his sisters, Carmen Vialpando, Yolanda Allison (Gary), Rita Maes, and Irma Bueno; his children, Arthur Bueno III and Nikkiah Sanchez; and his stepchildren, Jorine Ortiz (Gabriel), Nathan Ortiz (Kathy), and Jason Ortiz (Gloria).
He is also survived by his grandchildren, Arthur Bueno IV, Ashley Bueno, Brayden Sanchez, and Madison Sanchez; nine step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m., followed by Mass at 10:00 a.m. on February 19, 2026, at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Bernalillo, New Mexico. Interment will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
