We are sad to announce the passing of Barbara Ann Archibeque, 77, Alb, NM surrounded by family & loved ones, she peacefully left this world to be with GOD.
Proceeded in death by sisters Judy Martinez, Betty Aguilar, only beloved husband, "Red" Arturo Archibeque, daughter, Leslie Archibeque, grandson Elijah Alvarez.
Survived by longtime partner and love, Robert Spears; sister, and brother in law Dorothy and Tony Nieto, Michael and Joanne Martinez, Lorraine Bazan, Darlene "Beatles" and Cardo Marez, Daughter Mona and son Ron Hall, Lori Gallegos-Archibeque, Albert "Fimbie" Martinez, Arthur "Gooch" Archibeque, grandchildren Ryan Martinez, Albert "Benson" Martinez, Anthony Archibeque, Jordan Gallegos-Archibeque, and Zhane Baca. Several nieces and nephews, cousins, 6 great-grandchildren and lots of friends who became family.
Barbara was an altruistic person where everyone was family, she will continue to live on in all our hearts.
Please join us at Holy Family Church service, 8:30am April 9, 2024, reception following at Westside Community center immediately afterward.

I was very saddened to hear of Barbara death. My deepest condolences to the family of Barbara. Your mom was the kindest person not only to us kids but our parents. She always brought joy and laughter. God bless her with eternal life. Love you. Elizabeth Leyba (Chubby)

We lived in a very small town by the name of Domingo. There were just a few families who lived there which included Barbara and Arturo (Red) and their sons. Barbara was always there for us whether it be styling our hair for prom or for bringing us into Albuquerque to go to the movies. Even though I didn´t visit with them much after they moved, I will still have all the wonderful memories. May you all be at peace knowing that she is now in the loving arms of our Dear Lord

Hugs and prayers, may God bring comfort and strength to each family member. I remember Barbara when I worked for Herrera bus company. I remember her loving ways , yes, generous, and she appreciate everything. Thoughtful in many ways. May God hold her family close .
