My dear Carol, I missed your bright personality, your positive attitude, the little flashlights you handed out as gift, your love for teaching, your obsession for shopping, the Pepsi you brought me when we worked late, your never lack of kind words to say to everyone, most of all just for being you. The joy we discovered sharing many life similarities together. You are as dear as a sister to me. Love and peace, Fay

Carol Lopez, what can I say about this beautiful person. I worked for the City of Albuquerque, Job Mentor Program. She was one of our teachers for this program at Rio Grande High School. What a wonderful person inside and out. She worked side by side teaching her students about life, volunteering, and respect thru responsibility. Even tough her JMP students how to take the bus from Rio Grande High School to our City offices. She was also the Special Events Coordinator, I was so grateful because I could not do all the functions planned. One funny thing about Carl was she would always carry her red lip stick, telling me Anita you need color on your face.... When I retired from the City I always thought about what is she doing now. I will truly miss this beautiful women. One day we will all meet in this special place called heaven. Love you to the moon and back my friend.. Anita Nevarez Lopez

My condolences to Carol´s family & friends.
Carol impacted a lot of lives, especially the kids she worked with. I was one of them over 20 years ago! I appreciate the encouragement & support she gave each of us throughout high school.
I remember her smile & outgoing personality! Beautiful lady.
