Diane Benyak Obituary
Diane Marie Benyak, 73, beloved sister, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 24, 2022, from complications of cancer. She was born Thursday, July 15,1948, in Charleroi, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael (d.1999) and Maria (Dankanich) (d.2000). She is survived by her brothers, David of Albuquerque, and Daniel of Eugene, Oregon. Diane retired as a Special Ed teacher for APS (UNM '73 BA, MS). At Diane's request no services will be provided.

I was one of Mrs. Benyak´s students at Madison middle school 1986 - `88. She is one of my teachers that I have always thought about since my school years. I remember that she taught me to have a strong will, and to work hard. Mrs. Benyak will always be in my heart! I will never forget her!
