Genevieve
Archibeque, Age 95, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2022. Grandma was born in Bayard, NM on July 5, 1927. Genevieve and Auntie Bebe as she was known to us was the most loving
grandmother, friend, sister, auntie and mother. Grandma was full of love and generosity. She was a faithful servant of the Lord. Genevieve's faith and love lives on in all of us. Genevieve enjoyed her family time and she adored all of us. Grandma was the heart of our family and she will be dearly missed.
Genevieve was preceded in death by her parents, Ruperto and Petra Lucero; husband, Ernest
Archibeque; son, Ernie Archibeque; siblings, Pauline Garcia, Joe Lucero and Manuel Lucero. Genevieve is survived her children, Debra Archibeque; grandchildren, Isaac Archibeque and wife, Desirea, Adrian Archibeque and wife, Monica; great grandchildren, Ryan, Alexia, Santiago, Ernesto, Juliet, Alicia, Genevieve, Vicente, Angel and Patricia; great great grandchild, Kjai; nieces and nephews, Anita, Shawn, Nicole, Nick, Anthony,
Dora and Mandy. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022 from 7:00-8:00 pm at Strong Thorne Chapel, 1100 Coal Ave. SE. A Rosary will be recited on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 10:30 am with a Mass to be celebrated at 11:00 am at San Felipe de Neri Church, 2005 North Plaza NW. A reception will follow mass at San Jose de Los Duranes , 2110 Los Luceros Rd. NW. Interment to follow the reception at Mount Calvary Cemetery at 2:30 pm. Pallbearers will be Isaac Archibeque, Adrian
