Gilbert V. Roybal

Gilbert V. Roybal, 81, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, was called to his eternal resting place on August 24, 2025. He entered this world on February 19, 1944, in Bernalillo, NM, born to Primitivo and Margarita Roybal. He is survived by his wife, Rita Roybal. Gilbert was a Vietnam Veteran who served in the Marines. He was a Lieutenant Paramedic with the Albuquerque Fire Department and retired in 1987.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, September 2, 2025, with a Rosary at 9:00 a.m. and Mass to follow, at St. Therese of the Infant Jesus Catholic Church, 3424 4th St. NW.
