Joe Torres Obituary
Joe (JoJo) Torres, age 42, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Thursday, June 12, 2015.
JoJo is survived by his wife, Frannie; children, D'Ana Craig and husband, Phillip, Punkie Bloise and husband, James, Dee Torres and partner, Jasah, Julian (Julz) Torres, Gabrielle Torres and partner, Brax, and Mia Torres; his mother, Nancy Torres; his father, George Torres; sisters, Georgia Torrez, and Vera Hahn and husband, Benjamin; brother, Michael Ortiz and partner, Josh; grandchildren, Santiago, Khloe, Synthia, and Cash, and one on the way; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
JoJo was a City of Albuquerque employee and a member of Union Executive, Local 624.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1820 Griegos Rd. NW from 5:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. by Carla O'Neil. Final visitation will be at the Church Thursday, June 18, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. until 8:45 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m., Father Joe Vigil, presider. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dee Torres, Anton Telles, Jesse Gallegos, Andrew Gonzales, Anthony Serna, and Zolio DeHerrera. Honorary Pallbearers will be Julz Torres, Chris Phillips, Tony Garcia, Isaac Ortiz, Fabian Martinez, Anthony Ray Serna, Elyjah Sandoval, and Ron Torres.
