Joe Torres Obituary
Joe M. Torres passed away peacefully on Friday, July 1, 2022. He was born in Socorro, NM on March 12, 1936. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Torres and Tomasita Rivera Torres and his brother, Valentino (Val) Torres. He is survived by his wife, Lori F. Torres, his children, Susan Earl (Kevin), Grace Kelley (Mike), Richard Torres (Patricia), Anna Torres (Robert Rael), and Julie Torres in addition to his five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, George Torres and Arturo Torres and his sisters, Rusti Torres and Cathy Strilich. Joe was a long-time resident of Albuquerque where he and Lori raised their family and where he was a successful insurance agent for over 50 years. Joe's family will lay him to rest at the Santa Fe National Cemetery on
