Sandy Gilletti I am so sorry to hear this news about Ronnie. I remember him visiting us with his son Ron and daughter Gianna and the fun we had in the pool. He called you every holiday and never forgot those 'other' special days with a phone call. He was a good man, father and friend and he will be missed by all of us.

I have had the privilege of knowing Ron for many years. I first met him playing darts in a dart league. Ron was very good and his team usually kicked our butts. It was all good; we were in the fun league. I was very impressed with Ron's skill at darts. I also knew Ron at Sandia Labs. Ron was very good at his job and was very easy to work with. He had a great attitude and was very responsive to the tasks he was assigned. I will miss Ron, and I know he will be missed.

I met Ron through work, when I was in Nebraska. Ron was a work point of contact for me in New Mexico. Little did I know we would end up working together a few years later.

I really appreciate the times that Ron and I had to discuss work, our families and sports. Our conversations out of the office always gravitated to our families. He expressed his concern for the loss I had in my family, which I really appreciated. We had similar interests in sports and had fun joking about our favorite teams. I know his kids where a main focus of his time away from work.

One of the best lessons I got from time spent with Ron was to think about what I had to say, to give some thought how others might interpret what I have to share, and be patient explaining my point of view. I will miss our morning chats.

My deepest condolences go out to Ron’s family.

In the time I knew Ron, a few things stood out. He was very passionate about work. I could tell he was a great, caring and loving father. Ron also had a great sense of humor and would be able to lighten the mood in an instant. My thoughts and prayers go out to Ron's children, his family, and his loved ones.

As a long-time resident of Middletown, 1976 Xavier graduate, and current resident of Albuquerque, I want to offer my condolences to Ron's family. We would have spent a year together at Xavier, so even though I didn't know Ron, I feel an intangible bond. May he rest in peace.----Dan Abrahamson, Albuquerque, NM and XHS Class of 1976.

Ron was a good coworker, but by far a better friend. I really valued our friendship and wish we could have gotten back together for a drink sooner.

We had many, many conversations over the years about work, his kids and just laughing over the funny things in life. He had a great sense of humor and also just as much for the importance of his role at work. He was a goof friend and a great person. May he rest in Peace...

My office was two doors down from Ron and I could often hear him talking with his kids about getting homework done. I could tell he was a loving and dedicated dad. I will miss his kindness and humor. My condolences to his family, I'm sure his kids will grow into adults he would be proud of.

Ron truly was a great guy. He always made time for you. When I took custody of 2 of my granddaughters and he got wind of it, he pulled me aside. He closed the door and we talked for at least 45 minutes on the particulars of raising the kids and how to still plan for retirement in the face of shifting financial responsibilities. This was huge for me and I'll always be indebted. He was a man who cared about people.

My sincere condolences and prayers for, the Family and Friends. He will be missed !

My family knew Ron's grandparents, parents and siblings as Ronnie was growing up in Middletown. He was always a sweet and kind person. It is not surprising at all that he would have so many friends to remember him. Our prayers go out to his sister and brother and his own children at this time of deep loss. It comes too soon.

Ron and I worked together on the same team for the last two years. In that time, I have quickly gotten to know him: the silly movies he swore we all needed to watch, his corny jokes & many dad puns , but also the finer things in life that he loved to share with us (we both were coffee snobs). He made our days brighter and loved to lighten the mood. Ron brought his full self to work everyday and I very much enjoyed working with him.

Thank you for sharing him with us. We miss him already.

Ron was funny, smart, patient, and an incredible friend to me. I learned so much from him. My heart is broken mostly for his kids because he adored them. It is also broken because I miss my friend. I would like to give him one last "why I oughta...!" I loved him.

Always kind and supportive, Ron was a gentleman in the classic sense. His intellect, humor, and kindness touched many that he worked with. He cared deeply for his family and extended that caring focus to the many others that he interacted with. He will be missed greatly. Prayers of support for his family and many friends.
