Suzette Adams Obituary

Suzette Jones Adams

May 1946 - September 2025

Born in Indiana after the war, Suzette was an early Baby Boomer to her parents Gordon and Rozanne Jones. At the age of two, she moved to East Ridge outside Chattanooga, Tennessee. Here she was joined by a sister, Jeri Lynn, in 1955.

At the age of 17, she met the love of her life, Jerry Howard Adams. Together they eloped in 1968 on New Years Eve. She loved life and they lived across the Southwest over the next 60 years.

She is survived by her doting husband, her sister Jeri (husband, Bill) Harrison; her two children Amanda Elizabeth (husband, Rick) Hornyak and James Byron Adams; and her two Grandchildren Audrey and Dylan.

A woman known for how deeply she loved her family, Suzette's life was filled with compassion and curiosity for all who knew her. She had a witty sense of humor and found delight in the small things. Now she rests in peace with her Lord.
