Victor De Oreo Obituary

Victor F. De Oreo

Victor F. De Oreo, age 70, passed away on October 11, 2025, from illness. Victor was born on May 5, 1955, to Antonio and Bonnie (Mills) De Oreo in Cleveland, Ohio, before shortly thereafter moving to Albuquerque.

After graduating high school, Victor joined the U.S. Army and achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant in the Cavalry Division. He served both in the U.S.A. and Germany.

Victor returned to the U.S.A. after completing his years of military service and earned his Associate's Degree in Telecommunications. He met and married the love of his life, Catherine (Pisarra), in 1983. They moved to Rio Rancho where they lived until he passed away.

Victor is survived by his loving wife, Catherine, of 42 years, and their children, Victoria De Oreo and Rev. James De Oreo.

Victor was an avid soccer player since high school. He coached both his kids and continued to coach and play well into his 60s. He was an avid gardener, growing beautiful roses as well as fruits and veggies.

Victor was a devout Catholic and active member of the Church of the Incarnation. He always offered a helping hand to those who needed one. He had a great sense of humor when he laughed, he always had a twinkle in his eye. Victor was faithful to his family, who was always dear to his heart. Victor, My Love, you will be deeply missed!
