Eberhardt, William "Bill"



William "Bill" Eberhardt passed away June 8th,2016 at his home surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife Wanita, daughter Nancy, son Douglas and his wife Tamara, and his grandson Joshua. He is preceded in death by his Father Louis Eberhardt, his Mother Fern Alexander, and his brother Bob and his wife Loretta.

Bill is a Korean War Veteran, A graduate of Rankin Trade School, as well as holding a Degree from the school of Engineering at Washington University in ST. Louis. He was a Mechanical Engineer at L.A.N.L. for three plus decades. Bill retired in 1991 and moved to Albuquerque where he lived until his passing. Bill was a volunteer at the storehouse, an active member of his church,and an active student of a Course In Miracles. Bill's great love was his cabin he built in the Brazos where he was an avid outdoors man involved in fishing, hiking, and exploring new things. He also loved gardening, reading, and spending time with his family.Bill was a loving father, husband, and friend to all and especially loved his grandson Joshua.

The Eberhardt family would like to give a special thank you to Gentiva Hospice for all of their help. A celebration of life service will be held June 25th at The Church of the Good Shepard at 4 pm followed by a light supper at the Eberhardt home at 4013 Shenandoah Pl. NE, Albuquerque,N.M.
