Kevione Faulk Obituary

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 24, 2021 at a 1:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anthony Catholic Church, 615 Edison St. Lafayette, LA 70501, for Kevione Tronasha Faulk, age 19, who passed away Monday, September 13, 2021 in Baton Rouge. Interment will be in Evangeline Memorial Gardens in Carencro. Kevoine Tronasha Faulk was born on September 17, 2001 in Lafayette, LA to the union of Kevin Troy Faulk and Latisha Clark Faulk. She attended Carencro Middle School, was a 2020 graduate of Carencro High School and was currently enrolled at Louisiana State University majoring in Neonatal Surgery. Kevione worked as a student staff member within the LSU Football program and has always been actively involved in her schools' extracurricular actives. Kevione was a beautiful girl who radiated happiness to others. Her smile was infectious and although shy, she was polite and respectful. Her family and friends mourn the loss of Kevione and her memory will remain within each of their hearts. Survivors include her parents, Kevin Troy Faulk and Latisha Clark Faulk; two brothers, Travion Faulk and Kevin Troy Faulk, III and his wife, Tionne Lewis; one sister, Tanasha Faulk; her paternal grandfather, Gerald Faulk; her maternal grandmother, Gloria Clark and her husband, Peter Francis; her companion, Chukwuma Utomi; her aunts and uncles, Geralyn Faulk, Taniqua Faulk, Dale Faulk, Shannon Comeaux, Rickey Arceneaux, Nichole Clark, and Jermane Clark; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by one brother, Kevin Faulk, Jr.; her paternal grandmother, Mary Vivian Hebert Faulk; her maternal grandfather, Harold Sam; one cousin, Travion Faulk; and her aunt, Hazel Brooks. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 9:00 a.m. Friday until service time on Friday. View the obituary and guestbook online at www.melanconfuneralhome.net. There are no words to describe the heartbreaking loss you all are feeling.
