Sandra "Sandi" Angelle

A Mass of Christian Burial for Sandra "Sandi" Angelle, age 68, will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 11:00 AM with Father Buddy Breaux officiating the services. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Mausoleum. Visitation will be on Monday, September 18, 2017 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a recitation of the rosary at 7:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 8:00 AM until the time of the services. Mrs. Sandi went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 10:30 AM. At the moment of her passing she was surrounded by her loving family. This would be a testament to her lifelong commitment of honoring God and her family. Sandi Angelle was a loving mother, grandmother and wife. She was born in St. Martinville in 1949 and was a graduate of Breaux Bridge High School. She was very involved in her church parish in Parks, Louisiana and spent many hours covering her family and friends in prayer at the St. Joseph Adoration Chapel. She was an incredible cook that had a recipe for sticky chicken and french toast that will never be duplicated. Her faith in the Lord Jesus overflowed into her four boys and grandchildren. Mrs. Sandi was very patient with all the adventures of rearing four boys, but skipping Mass was not an option. Despite the aches and pains from her ailments, she often suffered in silence and loved her family with a passion that will never be forgotten. She will be deeply missed. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Glenn Angelle, her mother Nell Dugas Granger, her sons Andrew Angelle and his wife Tracey, Scott Angelle and wife Brandi, Lon Angelle and his wife Jennifer, Ron Angelle and his wife Jana, her grandchildren Austin, Anna Marie, Connor, Camryn, Kennedi, Eli, Dylan, Jillian, Ally and Ambrie. She is preceded in death by her father Bentley Solari, her step father Percy Granger and her sister Geraldine Mouton. Upholding the honor of pallbearers will be Austin Angelle, Anna Marie Angelle, Connor Angelle, Camryn Angelle, Kennedi Angelle, Eli Angelle, Dylan Angelle, Jillian Angelle, Ally Angelle,Ambrie Angelle, Andy Angelle, Scott Angelle, Lon Angelle and Ron Angelle. The family would like to wish a special thanks to Mrs. Janell Judice, Carolyn "Caro" Walet, Bernie and Lynn Rose, Ronnie and Susan Tauzin, Bridgeway Hospice and the Loreauville Ladies Rosary Group.
