Cleta Patterson Obituary
Cleta Carol Patterson, 54, passed away Friday, October 31, 2025, at her home in Southaven, MS. A visitation will be held Friday, November 7, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Coleman Funeral Home of Southaven. Coleman Funeral Home of Southaven is in charge of arrangements.
Cleta will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother. She was the very definition of "Mom"-steadfast, nurturing, and always putting her children first. She cherished time spent with her daughters and took great pride in creating a warm and caring home. Cleta enjoyed cooking for those she loved, especially her quiche, and could often be found relaxing and unwinding while gaming on her phone.
Cleta is survived by her children, Jamie Aline Reaves and her husband Michael of Hernando, MS, Denise Anita Taylor of Southaven, Symphony Marie Elizabeth Stevens and her husband Austin of Olive Branch, MS, and Opera Maria Patterson of Southaven; brother, Robin Dale Patterson and his wife Penny of Olive Branch; a host of nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews; and her life partner, Robert Earl Taylor, Jr. of Southaven.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cletis Neal and Bessie Mae Leftrick Patterson.
