David Curtis Obituary

David Michael Curtis of Millington passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at the age of 71. He was born on February 24,1954 in Joliet, Illinois to Charlie and Lois Curtis.
David was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He also served as a Shelby County Sheriff's Deputy for 42 years. He had a passion for his family, cars, and flying.
David is survived by his wife, Denise; his children, Jason, Stacy, Tiffany, Beth, and Samantha and 12 grandchildren as well as his siblings Pam Lucas and Terri Suggs. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in the Macedonia Cemetery in Arlington. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of David Michael Curtis, please visit our floral store.
