Dwain L. Hudspeth

Dwain L. Hudspeth, 81, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2024 in Southaven, Mississippi. He was born in Cherry Valley, Arkansas to Ernest and Mildred Hudspeth on May 27th of 1943. The family will receive friends at Hernando Funeral Home, Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. A service to celebrate his life will immediately follow at 3:00 p.m. David Hudspeth will officiate. Dwain was a member of the Hernando, Horn Lake, and Coldwater Masonic Lodges, the DeSoto Shrine Club and the Northwest Shrine Club. Dwain's whole world was his family. He was kind, generous, and never met a stranger. He loved making others happy. He was never happier than when he was surrounded by his children and grandchildren. He showed all of us what it meant to be a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. We will always smile when we think of him. Dwain is survived by his children, Sherri Camp (Paul) from Hernando, MS and David Hudspeth (Elizabeth) of Summerville, SC; his four grandchildren, Erin Hudspeth, Jonah Hudspeth, Olivia Camp, and Garrett Camp; and his brothers, Gary Hudspeth (Gail) of West Memphis, Arkansas, and Tommy Hudspeth (Joy) of Mount Pleasant, AR.
