Crystal Denardi Obituary

Crystal Star Randi Denardi of Wasilla, Alaska, was born on Jan. 14, 1986, in Anchorage, Alaska. She joined God in heaven on June 5, 2016. She is survived by her mother, Patricia Denardi and father, Jon Randall Denardi, both of Wasilla; sister and brother-in-law, Salena and Tony Warling of Lake Park, Mich.; niece and nephew, Raimy and Brody Warling; brother, Randall Denardi of Anchorage; and grandparents, Nancy and Don Lockman of Anchorage. Crystal attended Cottonwood Elementary, Colony Middle School and Colony High School and graduated in 2004. In middle school she was a cheerleader, then while attending Colony she was an amazing dancer with the drill team in high school. Then, following school, she also participated in soccer and volleyball. Crystal continued her education by attending University of Alaska Anchorage, Mat-Su. Then moved to Bryan, Texas, to attended Blinn College, and finished her bachelors degree in Criminal Justice with a certificate in Forensic Investigations at Mesa Community College in Mesa, Ariz. Crystal was a beautiful, kind-hearted, outgoing, social butterfly that made friends everywhere she went. She would light up any room that she walked into. She loved her friends and family more than any thing in the world. She actively worked in the fashion industry, modeling since high school. Crystal Star did a wide array of modeling not only in Alaska, but in Arizona and Texas. No matter the occasion she always had the best fashion sense and looked gorgeous in everything she put together. She loved traveling with friends and family. She frequented Hawaii, Arizona, Florida, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Nevada, California and Texas. The ceremony will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2016, at 1 p.m., at Summit Worship Center, 125 West Riley Avenue, Wasilla, AK 99654, with a gathering for a Celebration of Life at the American Legion Post 15, 5050 Mystic Court in Palmer, Alaska, off Outer Springer Loop. Crystal, I remember many years ago when You were just a little punck how I messed with you - giving you a hard time...... Of course all in fun. Over the years I was hearing things you were doing school / traveling / etc. Then the biggest surprise was when you and your mom came to Jacksonville Florida to visit us all. You have grown up to be such a beautiful woman, I'm proud to be your uncle. When we first put eyes onto each other it immediately came out of you "you remember you always gave me a hard time " One day down the road we'll be able to reflect back to those good old days. Rest in peace and I'll see you when it's my time. You will be missed so very much, love your uncle Tim
