Dear Bill, Darlene was a very special lady ...I was honored to know her and will never forget her. How fortunate to find Lady Bugs Greenhouse one day totally unplanned. Darlene and I often laughed together that the angels must have connected us later in life. Our friendship began amongst beautiful flowers (My goodness she had a green thumb!) and grew through shared life experiences. Especially during sad times, I would tell my husband, I need to drive to Sutton and get some "Darlene Therapy." She was so wise, comforting and kind. She was truly a person who practiced "Pay it Forward" (random acts of kindness...)
May your cherished memories comfort you at this sad time. With deepest sympathy, Patty Olmstead, Anchorage, Alaska

Bill, Sorry to hear of Darlene's passing. We enjoyed our visits with you both when we had a chance, especially walking through the green houses with all the flowers. Take care Bill,

For God has promised that he will do away with death and pain that death causes, for these things will be no more. I hope that these words be of some comfort.
