Dorothy was truly a wonderful person, a great boss and friend. I first met Dorothy in 1967 on my return from Shemya AFB. She was always looking out for the Civil Engineering airman. She hired me to work for her at Command CE in 1983. She taught me many things especially grammer when writing Air Force Communication, my letters would have so much red marking after she proofed them I thought they were bleeding. I will never forget her. She will be missed by all whose lives she touched. Ron Pitts

Dorothy was such a wonderful lady and such a great friend to my mother, who passed away a few year ago. My mom, Mary Jones, was Dorthy's hairdresser and good friend for as long as I can remember! I used to love to pop in and listen to those two chat on Saturday afternoons! Dororthy was a wonderful woman and she will greatly missed! WE LOVE YOU DOROTHY!!! Tami, Mary Jones' daughter

The degree of loss is overwhelming. She was my "Kindred Spirit" and although Heaven is probably a brighter place, I cannot help but believe she left us too soon. Dorothy was an exceptional woman in every way; bright, sparkling, wonderful and inspiring. There was no one like her in all the world. I will always be grateful for her presence in my life, and I will miss her for the rest of my life. My sincere condolences to all.

Chet and family, our sympathy is with you. We know you will miss Dot very much, she was truly a unique person. For many of Tom's 31 years at Elmendorf she and Tom were partners in many projects. Tom & Donna Carrier
