Hi Paula,
A Washburn High School Class of "70" student would like to send her condolences. You probably don't remember me, but I want to send a note in your time of sorrow to let you know that even someone you barely know still cares how you are doing and sends you peace. Sincerely,

My condolences to the Williams family. I had the pleasure of working with Joe at Alaska District for 2 1/2 yrs. Joe was very helpful to me during my work in ConOps, but most of all I will always remember him for his great smile and kind heart. He was liked by all and will be dearly missed. My prayers are with you all.

To Paula and family:
I send to you my condolences and prayers for strength during this time of adjustment and sorrow. And as reminder that you never forget that the next level of existance only allows us to share within the engery of god and to be with those we have loved and those we do. Stay strong, this will soon pass and you will be joined again under the light.

My condolences to Joe's family and friends, may God's encouraging arms wrap around you in this time of sorrow. I had the pleasure of working with this man while at the Army Corps of Engineers--what a wealth of knowledge and what a friend. His smile, his cowboy hat and that special way of walking down the hallway always made me smile. Yes, Joe will be missed and I am glad I had the opportunity to know him here on earth and look forward to meeting him again one day.

I worked with Joe from 1992 - 2004 while I was at the District HR Office. Joe was no stranger to HR and loved to give me a hard time. He was such a happy person that it was contagious. Whenever I saw him coming my direction, his smile and cowboy walk brighten my day. I knew a hug and laughter would follow. He was always - Just Joe - no pretense. When Ryan was born and he became a father, the love he gave intensified. Joe was a special dad and coworker.

I was blessed to have worked with Joe for 4 years at the Corps. He was a charming, witty, generous and funny man. The same qualities, I am sure he is displaying at the Pearly Gates as he negotiates his entrance!!!!! His spirit will be truly missed!
Strength and fortitude to the family during these hard times.

Joe was a great man, Neighbor, and caring friend. There were no straingers to Joe, just people he had not visited with yet. He always had a wonderful smile and friendly hello everytime you seen him. His Love for his wife Paula and family was something he would always bring up in his conversations. He Liked the game of Golf, and Loved His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Carry on in Heaven my dear friend, we here on earth will always remember you!! Until we meet again. Capt Bob

Paula and Ryan, to the Williams and Crosby families, we send my deepest condolences. Uncle Joe as we learned to call him was a positive personality with a high for life's simplest events. We will surely miss his unique and vibrant character. We take solace that he is in a greater place sharing his after life with family members and most importantly our Lord and Savior. En Cristo

It is with a heavy heart that we bid "see you later" to Joe. His "Hey Missy" with a huge smile, cowboy hat and toothpick will be always remembered. He was a reliable friend that helped me through some difficult times with a possitive attitude that everything would be all right. He was the best neighborhood watch that never met a stranger. He will be missed by many.

With deep sorrow do I recognize the passing of
Mr. Joe Williams. Having been associated with
the Eagleglen Golf Course as a Starter for eighteen (18) years having known Joe was an
honor. His contribution to the golf community and his association will greatly be missed. The
happy face he displayed, his booming voice, his
smile and his overall respect for others will certainly be missed. Thanks Joe for being you.
