I knew Joe for a brief time, but he worked his magic on me. When I was around Joe it was like I had my dad around again. His wit and stories reminded me of my father. If I had to guess, I would say Joe must have always had a spirit for adventure. His stories and knowledge of so many things blew me away. I especially loved the fact that he had as much blarney as many a loved one of mine. I feel blessed that I had a chance to see Joe one last time a few months ago. The man was amazing!!! We enjoyed great conversation, and even shared a martini!!! Joe, you will be missed! Keep everyone in line up there in Heaven.....Love Kate

Joseph Cooksey left behind a piece of himself in everyone who was honored to have shared in his life. I am grateful to have been one of those to whom he shared himself and his family with, and will cherish that blessing all of my life. Thank You Mr. Cooksey
