What a joy for me to officiate at Kurt & Sharon's wedding, 6/18/76. Rejoicing anew in Kurt's having taken the place reserved for him at "the marriage supper of the lamb."

Kurt was an original character. I had a lot of fun with him. I remember him for so many things, but one thing I always will treasure was hearing Kurt pray. His prayers were so beautiful and moving. Sharon, my prayers are with you. Thanks for all the kindness and love you two have shown me. Ron Creasman

We are so sorry about his passing and keep Sharon and their family in our prayers. His wooden bowl sits on our kitchen counter and holds fruit....a constant reminder that he could do anything with his hands. I will miss his jokes and laughter. He was always there for me. Karyl Rogers Frazer

We are sad to hear about Kurt's passing. I always enjoyed stopping to talk with him during walks through Government Hill when we lived on Manor Avenue in the 1990s. He was a good neighbor.

Sending our deepest condolences. You're all in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We have many happy memories around the rinks as that's what we all did with our kids not so long ago. Those up above will now get a good story or two. Very sad to hear of his passing.

My sincerest condolences Sharon!

I worked with Kurt for several years.
We had some good laughs at DOT trying to keep the 'shuttles' in flight!

That was an inside joke with Kurt and myself. He jokingly called the machines used to sand icy roads shuttles.

Was truly fortunate to be able to chat with him one last time weeks before he passed.

Sad that he's gone, yet knowing there's life after death through our Savior Jesus Christ, with Kurt now at Jesus' side makes his passing bittersweet. I'm sure he's putting those varied skills to good use!

May God Bless Sharon and the family during the coming days, months, and years!
