My prayers are with my family right now as they all say solong to our Uncle Lewis. I have great memories of him as he spent so much time at the Stevens family home on 32nd Avenue in Anchorage when I was a little girl. I have lived in California for many years now but when ever I visited he was always near by in a car whereever the family gathering was at the time.

The last time I saw Lewis was when I was leaving Copper Center for the last time in 1979.
He was walking up the road to Johnny's house. We miss him. Our prayers are with the Goodlataw family and Johnny. Lewis was one of a kind and a very special person. May he rest in peace.

I will always be thankful for the great and happy times that I was able to share with Uncle Lewis, He was one of my favorite uncles who will be missed by all.

I would like to give my sincere condolences to the Goodlataw family, on there loss of our dear friend Lewis,
may God comfort you during this time,and always. Lewis was a really good friend of mine when I lived in Glennallen, He used to hang out with Rachel another dear friend,that moved away years ago.,but with Lewis around, he always made us laugh and smile,.God be with you all. He was an angel on earth, and now he is waiting for us to join him. RIP
