Michael Curry

Anchorage resident Michael J Curry, 43, died on April 18, 2012

A Celebration of Life will be held May 19th, 2012 at the Sheraton Hotel. Burial will take place the following week in Winslow, Arkansas, in Coil Cemetary.

Mr. Curry was born Dec. 26, 1968, in Whittier, Ca., to Wilbert Curry. and Dorcas A. Stephens.

Michael has gotten his GED. Then went to mechanic School and Received tons of Certificates. He married Christie Kaschuk on August 17, 2007, In Eklutna, Alaska.

He came to Anchorage Alaska in the 1990s. Automotive technician was the start of his career, then owned Curry's Truck & Auto. Worked as a Service Manager for R & R Garage for Patrick, A. Riffle for the last five years. Michael loved his music. Loved Guitars and collecting them.

Michael is survived by his wife, Christie Curry, of Anchorage Alaska2 sons, Krede Curry, Anchorage Alaska, and Kody Curry, Indiana, one Grandson, Aeron Curry, of Anchorage Alaska Sister, Helen "Lisa" Overton, Anchorage Alaska, Sister, Keri Booth, Sister, Kimberley Wood, Sister, Marcina Wheeler, and a Brother Steven Curry and his Mother Dorcas A. Stephens in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.

In his spare time, he enjoyed Playing music, and building guitars. and especially Loved to watch FOOTBALL, Long Time Ny Giants Fan, Loved Nascar, and loved to fish and loved his Dachshund, Duncan.

Michael loved all the customers from R &R Garage.

His family wrote: " Michael will be missed dearly by family and friends. He lived his life with not a care in the world."
