Steven Cook Obituary

Steven Cook, 31, of Anchorage, Alaska, passed away on Sept. 12, 2017. Steven was born in Alaska in 1985. He graduated from Dimond High School in 2004. He then started his career in sales at Cornerstone Credit Services, where he worked for 14 years. During this time, Steve built a vast network of people who have since become his friends. He was always a dreamer, continuously building and adding to his legacy. His tenacity and drive lead him to co-found The Bullion Brothers. He was a born salesman and entrepreneur, a loving husband, father, son and friend to all.
While working at Cornerstone, Steve met the love of his life, Patricia (Wakefield) Cook. Their love and life together was their own unique fairytale that no one could touch. They brought into this world two beautiful children.
Steve was relentless in all aspects of life. He strived for greatness and motivated others to do the same. He always found the best in people and would help any way he could. Words cannot express how greatly missed he will be by his family, friends and the community.
Steve is survived by his wife, Patricia Cook; his two children, Juliana Cook (3 years old), and Ethan Cook (1 year old); his father and mother, Brian and Deborah Cook; his sister, Lindsey Evans Tompkins; and extended family.
His Celebration of Life will be held on Sept. 23, 2017, at Heart of the City Church at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please feel free to make donations at the following: Alaska USA savings account 4632754 under Patricia Cook or Deborah Cook; or at https://www.gofundme.com/support-the-cooks.

Being in the Cook home during my teenage years was some of my warmest memories. I sure loved Lindsey, her parents, and her kid brother. Steven's little practical jokes brought smiles to our faces. What a cheerful and good hearted boy he was. My heart is broken for the Cook family. Sending love and prayers.

Most of our memories of you are from your childhood. Your playful smile, honesty & enjoyment of family. We were just getting to know & admire the grown up man in you. The love of your children, wife & family. These traits will carry on to your children. May God wrap you in his arms as you both watch over them as they grow. We will continue our relationship when we meet again. Untill then, you will be sadly missed, but know you were loved.
