Tom and I were neighbors. We grew up together, went to school together and played sports together. We walked and when we got older, drove to school together. I'll never forget our friendship. He was kind but not someone you should anger. I remember while playing basketball at the old YMCA. They chose sides and John Buckner didn't get picked so he hit me in the nose. I bled all over the floor. Tom immediately reacted in my defense. We had to pull him off of John Buckner. Tom was a loyal friend. Our YMCA team of Ron Martin, Rick Magers, Bill Cook, Tom Clark and myself won the YMCA youth basketball league. We just ran the other teams to exhaustion. Three of us were on the track team and others participated in sports at Columbian. Those were good days and Tom was part of them. I'm sure Tom has a place in heaven.

I´m so sorry that Tom lost his battle. We went all through school together & what I remember most about Tom was his kindness. He was always kind to everyone & a good friend to have. Pam Carson

Tom and I were classmates and we run around some while in school at Columbian. I´m so sorry for your loss.
