Karen Nelson Obituary
Karen is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Patty (Rick) Rian of Palisade; granddaughter: Amanda (Darrin)Ashton-Weimer of Aitkin; grandson: Greg (Kristi) Rian of Duluth; 2 great-grandsons: Colton and Dawson Weimer; 5 sisters: Kathleen Dueker of Osakis, Judy Bentfield of Wisconsin, Jane (Wally) Walther of St. Cloud, Joann (Vernon) Dirkes of Sauk Center, Sue (Bob) Malbon of Robbinsdale; and many other special relatives and friends who mourn her passing. The family would like to thank the staff at McGregor Care Free Living and St. Croix Hospice for the wonderful care Karen received.
A Celebration of Life will be 1 - 4pm Friday, October 18, 2024 at the McGregor Community Center in McGregor. Arrangements are with Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Aitkin. To leave a message of condolence, please go to www.srtfuneral.com.
