Caleb Duggan (Benton) Obituary
He is loved deeply and missed greatly by his parents, Dr. Thomas and Kathleen Benton; his sister, Erin (Lawrence) Ludwig and brothers, John (Heather), Paul (Anna), and Joshua; 3 nieces and 4 nephews; his maternal grandmother; and many aunts, uncles, and extended family members. Caleb was a faithful platelet donor for over 6 years, and he donated his bone marrow to a patient who desperately needed it two years ago.
Caleb's death was a death of despair. May it serve as a reminder to care for one another deeply, seek and accept help, and check in with friends and family often…
A Memorial service will be held Saturday, January 14, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. at Williams-Thomas Westarea Funeral Home, 823 NW 143rd St. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Caleb's memory to Life South Community Blood Center, 4039 Newberry Rd, Gainesville, FL 32607, or Intact America.
