"Smile. It may sound cliché, but is 100% a valuable trait. Think of a dog or a baby when they smile. It warms the hearts of many and gets us to smile back. Indeed a babies smile will light up anyone's mood and ease the tension of the room. Even if someone is having a bad day, smiling almost breaks the tension between negative emotions and embraces a light of cheerfulness. Smile every chance you get, and embraces the cheery light-hearted mood you set."
