Glen Paul Wisecarver, age 58, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family on August 6, 2025, in Springfield, Louisiana.
He was born on Sunday, July 23, 1967, in Metairie, Louisiana to the late Catherine Mitchell Wisecarver and the late Earl G. Wisecarver, Sr. Glen grew up as the youngest of six children in Metairie in Airline Park.
Glen graduated from Rummel High School in Metairie in 1985 and later attended LSU. He went to work for his family’s business, Wechem Inc., up until he retired at the age of 51.

Glen was an avid outdoorsman who never failed to take advantage of everything Louisiana has to offer. He was an avid duck hunter who never missed an opportunity to enter the marsh.
