Jane "CoCo" Hunt St. Germain

Jane "CoCo" Hunt St. Germain, Walker, LA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 61. A nurse for over 30 years, she was committed to helping others and always willing to lend a hand, even when it meant going the extra mile. CoCo was an avid horse-rider, exploring trails across the South and as far as Bryce Canyon in Utah. She built countless relationships throughout her life, becoming a trustworthy, knowledgeable cornerstone of the community. In addition to her three sons, she raised animals of every sort on her farm. She was dedicated to her family and friends and spent her happiest moments working, traveling, and relaxing in their company. CoCo will be forever loved and missed by all who had the opportunity to know her. CoCo is survived by her mother, Mary Jane Hudspeth Hunt; husband, Anthony Joseph St. Germain; sons, Matthew Taylor Mears and wife Alyssa Llamas Mears; John Paul St. Germain and wife McKensie Anslum St. Germain; Mark Anthony St. Germain and wife Jessica Angona St. Germain; beloved nephew, William Thomas Hunt, and his wife, Haleigh Alexander Hunt; and their children, Thomas Reid Hunt and Kaden Ray Hunt; grandchildren, Sofia Jane St. Germain, Rayland Carl St. Germain, Theodore Joseph St. Germain, and Eddison George St. Germain. CoCo is preceded in death by her father, Kermit Carl Hunt; and her brothers, Thomas Ray Hunt and William Kermit Hunt. Thompson Funeral Home, 7738 Florida Blvd. Denham Springs, LA 70726, on Friday, June 13, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until the Memorial Service at 12:00 p.m.
