Jerry Crosby Obituary

Jerry Earl Crosby was born on June 20, 1966, in Bogalusa, Louisiana, to the late Henry Earl Crosby and Clara Mae Crosby. He was a proud graduate of Washington Parish High School. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Earl and Clara Mae Crosby; his brothers, Robert, Randy, and Charlie; and his sisters, Margaret "Marie" and Jackie Sue. He leaves to cherish his memory three beloved children: Jerron Crosby, Ireyon Crosby, and China Crosby; seven precious grandchildren; and six loving siblings: Henry & Claudia Crosby, Jr. (Franklinton), Bishop Earl & Annie Bell (Lawrenceville), Ken & Betty Colas (Snellville, GA), Clara Jean McClain (Statham, GA), Cleveland & Lisha Crosby (Dacula, GA), Steve Westbrook (Baton Rouge) and Michael Crosby (Franklinton). He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends. Jerry will be fondly remembered for his infectious smile, warm heart, and comedic personality. He was a devoted father, a proud grandfather, a loving brother, and a loyal friend. His presence lit up every room, and his memory will continue to bring joy and laughter to those who knew and loved him. A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 11:00AM at Sweet Rest Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Norwert Hills, Jr. - Pastor Officiating. Interment - Sweet Rest Cemetery.
