Sandi Lopez
Lopez, Sandi passed away September 27,2021. She was born in Oahu Hawaii on December 26,1948. She resided in Ypsilanti for many years, Key West and Detroit also. She is survived by her brother John Lopez in Orlando and her sister Patty and her husband David of Key West. She became a lawyer in environmental issues and worked at Chryslers. She was an elected official of Superior Township Parks and Recreation and Superior Township Land Conservatory for many years. She was very active in her township affairs. Sandi was a great lover of music, especially jazz and blues and liked nothing better than to go to live concerts. She was a woman who loved to laugh,was kind hearted and enjoyed her life. She will be missed by her family and friends.

I have played many, many games of Scrabble with Sandi and always enjoyed talking music and local goings on with her. She was such a deeply funny person. She will be missed in the Washtenaw Scrabble community. My condolences to all who knew her.
