To: The Alston Family
From: Carolyn Johnson Satcher of Stone Mt., Georgia, Gwendolyn Johnson Atkins of Jacksonville, Alabama
and Julian (Burgie) Johnson & Mrs. Evelyn our mother of Anniston, Alabama

We were sorry to hear of the passing of Danny. We have known him for well over 40 years. We had some good times and laughs and many memorable moments with Danny when we were growing up in the Cooper homes. We lived in B-5 and Danny lived in B-2. We knew our neighbors, like Ms. Winnie, Pop Bailey and his wife, Calvin & Melvin, Ms. Remson, Billy & Shirley and the Hubbards. Those were some of the good old days. Danny was a cool guy and helped us in time of need. He will be truly missed. May the Lord strengthen all of you.
