Funeral services for Mrs. Debbie Ferguson, 64, of Ohatchee, AL, will be Saturday, August 17th, 2024, 12:00 p.m., in the chapel of Gray Brown-Service Mortuary with Rev. Charles Key, Bro. Johnathan Heathcock, and Bro. Greg Jones officiating. Final resting place will follow at New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. The family would like to welcome friends at 10:00 a.m. until service time. She is survived by her daughter, Angela Smith and her husband Benny; sons, Shane Ferguson and Tyler Ferguson; grandchildren, Corey Ferguson, Brooklyn Ferguson, Aiden Christopher, Bryson Smith, Caitlyn Smith, Dawson Smith; great grandchildren, Lila Ferguson and Molly Ferguson; nieces and nephews, Sarah Wheeler and her husband Kent, Beau Winn and his wife Katie, Teasha Davis and her husband Kyle, Drew Ferguson and his wife Megan, Josh Johnston and his wife Vanessa, Toni Taylor, including a host of cousins and other family members. Mrs. Ferguson is preceded in death by her parents, James and Mary Johnston; brother, Dennis Johnston. Those serving as pallbearers will be Kent Wheeler, Kyle Davis, Beau Winn, Scott Vaughn, John Proctor, and Josh Johnston. Debbie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother "Naynay", niece, cousin, and friend. She loved with all of her being and enjoyed life to the fullest. Her smile and laugh was one that would fill your soul with joy and love. She enjoyed singing, playing the piano, traveling, and any time with family and friends.
